A man was shot during a robbery on Houston’s South Side.
It happened around 4:30 p.m. in the 3600 block of N. MacGregor Way.
According to Lt. Larry Crowson, a man had arranged the sale of a cell phone with individuals he was talking to online.

When the time came to sell the phone, at least two suspects arrived at an apartment complex and robbed the man. During the robbery, the man was shot in the hip. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.
The suspects fled the scene. They are not in custody at this time.
